2. Subject of the contract
These Terms govern the access to and use of the website (architres.com), including the browsing of our portfolio, intellectual property protection, and online inquiries. This website serves strictly as an informational showcase of our architectural and interior design work. Browsing the website or contacting us through it does not constitute or create a binding design contract or commercial agreement between the user and Architres Stúdió Kft.
3. How to order
No direct orders or service bookings can be placed through the website. If you are interested in our services or wish to commission a project, please reach out to us by email, phone, or via the contact form. All architectural and interior design commissions are agreed upon individually and are governed exclusively by a separate, bilateral written contract.
4. Prices and payment
Our services are bespoke and tailored to each client’s specific requirements. Project fees are calculated individually and provided through a detailed quotation. Payments are made via bank transfer in accordance with the schedule and milestones stipulated in the individual design contract.
5. Delivery
We do not sell or ship physical retail goods. Design stages, concept presentations, and execution documentation are delivered in digital format (via email or cloud storage) or handed over in person, as agreed in the individual design contract.
6. Warranty
The photographs, architectural plans, 3D visualizations, and project descriptions published on this website are for informational and portfolio reference purposes only. Architres Stúdió Kft. accepts no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of the website’s content. Professional liabilities and warranties regarding our design work are governed exclusively by our signed client contracts and applicable statutory regulations.
Complaints
You can send complaints to the e-mail address above; we reply within 30 days. As a consumer you may also turn to the conciliation board competent for your place of residence, or use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/odr.
